Services and How I Work
Trauma-informed therapy, tailored to your needs.
I offer trauma-informed psychotherapy and intensive trauma work for adults. Sessions are held online in Turkish, English, and Arabic. My work brings together evidence-based, neurobiologically grounded approaches, with a strong emphasis on trust, regulation, and depth.
This practice is particularly suited to individuals with complex or developmental trauma, vicarious (secondary) trauma, humanitarian and field experience, those working in high-stress professional roles, and anyone seeking focused, integrative trauma therapy.
